Read a cricket score's last-updated time
A last-updated time describes the freshness of a score display. Check its time zone and match status before interpreting a delay.
Compare the same clock
A page time may be local to the viewer, labelled in IST or shown in another zone. Read the label before comparing it with your phone. A small apparent discrepancy can be a display difference rather than a scoring error.

Check whether play is active
A break or completed match can explain why the score has not changed. An update timestamp alone does not tell you whether another ball should have been bowled. Read the innings and status text too.
Use another authoritative view
If freshness remains unclear, compare the competition's current match information. Match the fixture identity first. Do not quote a saved image as a live score or assume that refreshing an image will update its embedded numbers.
